Delivery methods and costs can only accept orders with delivery in the Italian territory, orders with delivery in other countries can be handled by prior agreement. In this case, the shipping costs will be calculated and communicated to the customer after the order is placed and the method of payment will be by bank transfer in advance. The cancellation of the order is possible up to the moment the order is processed, which occurs with the issuance of the transport document or invoice.
For each order placed on, ELECTRON- MAXX shall issue an invoice for the material shipped, sending it by e-mail to the person placing the order, pursuant to art. 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000. The invoice shall be issued on the basis of the information provided by the Customer when placing the order. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance of the same.
Delivery costs and/or any additional costs shall be borne by the Customer. The Customer shall pay for the goods using the method chosen when placing the order. Nothing is due by the Customer in addition to the total amount of the order shown at the end of the purchase procedure.
Shipping costs are € 5.00 for Italy and € 8.00 for abroad.
No responsibility can be attributed to ELECTRON- MAXX in case of delay in processing the order or delivery of what has been ordered.
Delivery of the goods ordered is intended at street level unless otherwise notified by our customer service. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check
 that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the invoice;
 that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or in any way altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product, or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately notified, by affixing a WRITTEN RESERVE OF CHECK (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, e.g. "punctured packaging", "crushed packaging", etc.) on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 5 days of delivery by fax or registered mail.
In case of failure to collect within 5 working days the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier due to repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the customer when ordering, the order will be returned to the warehouses of
Once signed the document of the courier, the customer can not make any objection about the external characteristics of the delivery. reserves the right in any case to request additional documentation from the customer to prove the actual damage.
